As a Texas native, I love spending time with my family and outdoors. I grew up playing sports. loving animals, and, no surprise, talking to people. When I decided in college to work towards becoming a therapist, it felt perfectly aligned with my personality and my heart. I moved to California to pursue my career and fell in love with the West Coast. After meeting my husband and starting our family here, I am deeply connected to my community in Southern California. Whether I am at the beach with my kids, watching football or in my backyard gardening, I find joy in the small day to day moments and hope to support you in your journey to happiness.
